Gilton Cavallini started their work experience in 2010 as an Estagi¨¢rio de Engenharia Civil at Brasgips Group, where they assisted in the development of structural projects and performed field work. Gilton continued their internship in 2013 at Sbrasil Engenharia LTDA, where they worked on structural calculations using software such as Revit and Autocad. In 2014, they joined Leduca Incorporadora e Construtora LTDA as an Estagi¨¢rio de Engenharia Civil, where they supported the engineer in various construction functions. In 2017, they worked as an Engenheiro Civil at Incorporadora Nova Forma for a few months. In 2018, they became the Director at Melo & Cavallini Assessoria, and in 2021, they started working as an Analista de qualidade de software at iLAB.

Gilton Cavallini has a well-rounded education history with a focus on construction management, healthcare management, and civil engineering. From 2016 to 2018, Gilton pursued a P¨®s-Gradua??o degree in Gerenciamento de Empreendimentos na Constru??o Civil (Construction Project Management) at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Following that, from 2019 to 2021, Gilton undertook an MBA Executivo (Executive MBA) in Gest?o em Sa¨²de (Healthcare Management) at IPOG - Instituto de P¨®s-Gradua??o e Gradua??o. Earlier, Gilton completed their Gradua??o (Undergraduate) in Engenharia Civil (Civil Engineering) at UNISUAM, spanning from 2011 to 2016.
