Frank Wiemann has a diverse work experience, with a focus on customer base marketing and customer value management. Frank started their career at Veba AG (now E.ON AG) as a Marketing Manager for SMEs in 1997. Frank then moved to o.tel.o, where they served as the Head of Product Management in 2000 and Senior Product Manager for Fixed Line Products in 1998-1999. In 2002, Wiemann joined Vodafone as the Head of Propositions, Promotions, and Programmes at Vodafone D2. During their time there, they also held the position of Head of Customer Base Marketing and Partnerships from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they transitioned to Vodafone Group as the Head of Postpay Customer Value Management, responsible for driving commercial improvement globally. Wiemann then became the Global Head of Customer Value Management at Vodafone Group Plc in 2013, where they led the global customer value management activities and championed strategic transformation programs. In 2018, they joined Vodafone as the Senior Vice President of Customer Base Marketing. In 2019, Wiemann co-founded Ikue Limited and took on the role of Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director.
Frank Wiemann obtained a Diplom-Oekonom (MBA) degree from Bergische Universität Wuppertal with a focus on marketing, international management, and national economics. Frank also completed the Executive in Data Science Program from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs in January 2018. Furthermore, Frank obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Squared Online, provided by Google, in May 2017.
