Ermond Parllaku has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Ermond started their career at Elosoft Consulting in July 2003 as a Developer and worked there until January 2005. Afterwards, they joined Vision Info Solution in January 2005 as a Developer and contributed to the development of software for managing private schools, hotels, bars, and restaurants. Ermond continued their career at ikubINFO in October 2008 as a Developer and later advanced to a Senior Developer in June 2011. In May 2015, Ermond took on the role of Configurations Manager and remained in that position until September 2017. Then, they became an Expert Developer in April 2014 and is currently serving as the Head of Software Development Department since January 2019.

Ermond Parllaku obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana from 2000 to 2005. Ermond also attended High School "Havzi Nela" in Kukës from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including being a Microsoft Certified Professional, with obtained years ranging from 2011 to 2014.
