Katarzyna Oraczewska serves as an Information Technology Recruiter at IKOR Polska Sp. z o.o. since July 2021, focusing on IT recruitment within the Polish division, particularly in the insurance market and Guidewire technology. Since May 2016, Katarzyna has been the Owner of a translation and teaching business, leveraging a passion for English that began in 2008. Previously, Katarzyna held the position of Key Account Manager at Fundacja Integracja, where responsibilities included developing a partner network, organizing workshops, and coordinating website certifications for accessibility. Additionally, Katarzyna has experience as the Head of Studies at the International Language Institute between January and October 2020. Education was completed at the University of Warsaw.
