Brendan Kelly has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2020, they became Co-founder: Training & Product at AlignAI, where they help organizations accelerate their A.I. Transformation with processes and standards. From 2018-2019, they were Product Enablement Lead and ModelOps Solutions Architect at ModelOp. In 2017, they were Founding Partner at Tension Works and Product Development Manager at Blipic, where they created a unique corporate wellness program to motivate employees to live more active and healthy outdoor lifestyles. In 2017, they were also Project Manager at Jackrabbit Mobile. From 2014-2017, they were Senior Consultant and Solutions Specialist at Praecipio Consulting. From 2010-2014, they were Team Lead of Marketing at Buckeye Current Electric Motorcycle, where they worked on the batteries of the first bike built and tracked the finances and kept the budget. In 2014, they were Business Analyst Intern at Parascript, where they redesigned the business processes and utilized Salesforce.com to facilitate the growth of the hand writing recognition software company. In 2013, they were Lead Analyst at ameNd, where they participated in various operations and management improvement projects.

Brendan Kelly attended Central Catholic High School from 2006 to 2010 and received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
