Alexandra Hagmeyer (Dauterman) has a wealth of work experience. Alexandra began their career in 2013 as a Design Engineering Intern at Triumph Thermal Systems. Alexandra then moved on to the Institute of Industrial Engineers, where they held the roles of 2014 Leadership Summit Assistant Coordinator and Director of Department Relations. In 2014, they were the Vice President at SME and a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Delphi. At Delphi, they designed and implemented a pneumatic tool that prevented a plant-wide quality issue. In 2015, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern and a Customer Engineering Intern at MAHLE. Alexandra then held the roles of College Graduate Rotational Engineer, Customer Engineer, and Operations Manager at MAHLE. In 2016, they were the Founder & Regional Head of Steering Committee for MAHLE's Young Professionals program. In 2021, they became a Program Coordinator at CoolTechGirls, and in 2020, they co-founded AlignAI, where they are the President.
Alexandra Hagmeyer (Dauterman) completed their education history with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Arcadia High School from 2007 to 2011, where they achieved Honors.
