Sholon La Bar has a comprehensive work experience history, starting as a Management Consultant at GMAC in 1998. Over the years, they worked in various roles such as Assistant Branch Manager at United Auto Credit Corporation, Adjunct Instructor at Tarrant County College, and Director of Marketing and Operations at ABC Home Medical. In 2005, they founded LE Consulting Services, specializing in medical business management consulting. Sholon also worked as a Bilingual Medical Coding Instructor at CODESMARTā„¢ UNIVERSITY and later became the Call Center Director at Ikon Technologies in 2020.

Sholon La Bar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business and Spanish from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, earned between 1998 and 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at The University of Dallas from 2002 to 2004. Continuing their education, they completed a Master of Marketing Management (MM) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at The University of Dallas from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to education and healthcare between 2013 and 2017.
