Jim Johansen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account development, finance, and business management. Currently serving as an Account Development Manager at Ikon Technologies since March 2023, Jim also operates as an Independent Business Owner with Life Leadership since April 2014. Past roles include National F&I Trainer at Shift and Automotive Business Development Manager at Triton Automotive Group. Prior to these positions, Jim held the role of National Account Manager at MarketSource Inc. and served as an Automotive Finance Director at various retail automotive dealerships. With a career beginning in automotive sales and finance management in 1985, Jim brings over three decades of expertise in the automotive and finance sectors.
