Shaun Richardson is an IT Analyst at Ikon Science since March 2022, responsible for supporting users and maintaining various systems, including networks and integrated data platforms. Previously, Shaun worked as a Level I Engineer at Houston TechSys LLC, implementing and supporting hardware and SaaS solutions for local SMBs. Shaun's experience includes a role as a Technical Analyst at Informatic Concepts, where I.T. initiatives were implemented, and an Instrumentation and Control Technician at Zachry Group, where calibration and installation for Duke Energy took place. Shaun also has experience as a Material Handler at Zachry Group and completed education at Western Governors University and Lone Star College from 2017 to 2018.
