Michelle Makanec is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Designer at iKhokha since August 2022, Michelle previously held roles such as UX Lead/System Integrator at Henley Business School - Africa and Head of Design and UX at Chatfin, where innovative chatbot services were developed. Michelle's career also includes significant contributions as Head of Operations at Resolver SA, managing the implementation of a consumer complaint platform in the South African market, and as Head of Design and Development at ThinkMoney. With a strong foundation in graphic design from multiple educational institutions, including a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and Social Services from the University of South Africa, Michelle combines creative skills with strategic insights to deliver impactful design solutions.
