Vanessa Ho currently serves as the Acting Engineering Manager for Personalisation at IKEA, where leadership is provided to a team of engineers focused on building machine learning models and infrastructure to enhance customer experiences. Previous roles at IKEA include Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, contributing to the development of an omnichannel personalisation platform. Prior experience includes software development at Reaktor and Info.nl, as well as engagement in open source initiatives through Rails Girls Summer of Code.
