Claudio Valente is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as Global Talent Manager at IKEA since December 2015, Claudio Valente implements comprehensive strategies for succession, performance management, and learning within a vast global talent team.
