Jean Champagne is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR - Global at Ikano Group since September 2015, Jean oversees HR strategies for a privately held conglomerate with diverse interests including Banking and Retail. Prior to this role, Jean contributed to IKEA Group for nearly 13 years, holding various HR managerial positions across multiple regions, including Greater China and South West Europe. Responsibilities encompassed leading HR for purchasing, distribution, and retail operations in France and Canada. Jean also gained valuable experience at Videotron as HR Manager, where responsibilities included HR administration and training management. Academically, Jean holds a Master of Commerce in HR & Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from HEC Business School, along with a Bachelor in Industrial and Product Design from Montreal University School of Industrial Design.
