Ruzanna Maranjyan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader at both IJW Whiskey Company and Origin Mining Company since September 2023, Ruzanna has previously held key positions including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Business Partner at NEOGOV. Prior to that, Ruzanna worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Lead at IT Weapons and gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at Ethoca. Early career roles include positions as a Resource Manager at Brainhunter and Recruitment Manager at Nexus Systems Group. Ruzanna's career began with an Office Administrator role at Rouge Valley Rehabilitation Centre. Ruzanna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Yerevan State University and is currently pursuing further education at Sheridan College.
