Alie Bos is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as HR-manager and HR-coördinator at IJmond Werkt! since August 2021, while also advising at Spaarne Werkt from September 2022. As an entrepreneur at D’oude Bollenschuur, S&B projecten en advies since January 2021, Alie specializes in HR and vacation rental services near the North Holland coast. Previous roles include Projectmanager HR at Houtenbouwmaterialen.nl and Manager HR & Facilities at Energiewacht for nearly two decades, where Alie developed expertise in various HR functions including absenteeism, case management, mergers, and acquisitions. Alie also owned Bos interieurshop, focusing on home decor from 2007 to 2013.
