With a background in Civil & Structural Engineering from The University of Sheffield, Kuan Kean Fan has expertise in product quality management, implementation of digital tools for project inspection and defect management, and establishing quantitative checking mechanisms for construction work. Additionally, Kuan Kean Fan has experience in managing construction projects, toll plaza construction, premix plant operation, and road construction during their time at IJM Corporation Berhad.
