Tsu San Tham has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and talent management. Their most recent role was as Head of Human Resources and Administration at IJM Corporation Berhad, where they developed and implemented a 3-year HR strategy, redesigned processes using SAP HR Success Factors, and led a Design Thinking Project team. Prior to this, Tham was the General Manager of Human Resources at the same company, where they were responsible for developing the HR strategy, implementing SAP HR Success Factors, and revamping the Employee Value Proposition. Tham also worked as the Assistant General Manager of Talent Management at IJM Corporation, where they developed the performance management framework and reviewed leadership competencies. Before joining IJM Corporation, Tham worked at Citi as an Assistant Vice President in Learning and Development, where they implemented training programs, managed the training budget, and assisted with talent reviews. They also held a similar position at HSBC Private Banking. Tham's earlier work experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at aAdvantage Consulting, where they trained employees at Changi Airport and designed instructional materials. They also worked as an Outserve Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, overseeing change management and implementing customer experience strategies, and as an Assistant Vice President/Manager of Customer Experience at OCBC Bank.
