Alex McAdoo is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Communications Specialist at IJIS Institute since May 2019. In this role, Alex oversees communications and outreach efforts, manages membership engagement initiatives, and serves as a liaison for various committees. Prior experience includes a legislative internship in the U.S. House of Representatives, where Alex provided constituent services and researched public policy issues. Additionally, as a Research Associate at the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute, Alex surveyed public opinion on contemporary issues. Earlier work experience includes customer service and staff management at Christman Pool Service. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government with a minor in Law in Society from Quinnipiac University, and has participated in internships and academic programs in Washington D.C. and Florence, Italy.
