Roy Knapp has extensive experience in business development within the industrial sector, currently serving in the same capacity at IJC-HRS STAFFING since June 2023. Previously, Roy held business development roles at SPECIALTY WELDING AND TURNAROUNDS, LLC from June 2021 to May 2023, and at Advanced Welding Solutions from April 2018 to April 2021 as a Business Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a dual role as Project Manager and Business Development Manager at Brown and Root Industrial Services from November 2016 to April 2018, along with a long tenure at Maintenance Enterprises L.L.C. from August 1996 to April 2018, where Roy was the General Manager of Operations.
