Mrinalini Lakshminarayanan serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at the IISc Foundation, where leadership involves managing relationships with a broad network of IISc Alumni in North America and promoting fundraising initiatives for the institution's development. Prior to this role, Mrinalini was the Head of Enterprise Product Strategy and Innovation at Verizon, focusing on the adoption of 5G technologies in various sectors. Previous positions include Global Supply Chain Digital Operations Executive Director at Ingram Micro, where thought leadership in digital transformation was emphasized, and Global Head of Smart Industry 4.0 at Parker Hannifin, concentrating on digitization and automation. Mrinalini's extensive background also includes significant roles at Gogo, Zebra Technologies, and Motorola Solutions, covering areas such as connected aviation, operational visibility, and smart city solutions. Mrinalini holds a Master's degree in Electrical Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Women's Christian College.
