Daniela Piscitelli is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of design, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Università degli studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli since July 2017. Daniela Piscitelli holds prominent positions within various international design organizations, including vice president of the International Council of Design (ico-D) and IIID World Regional Representative for the IIID International Institute for Information Design. Daniela Piscitelli has a strong background in visual communication and graphic design, having served as a former president of Aiap - Italian Council of Visual communication design and former vice president of POLI.design. The academic tenure includes teaching roles at several institutions, including IUAV and the Second University of Naples, where courses focused on graphic and branding design and communication strategies.
