Kriska Comendador is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business development, research, and grant writing. Currently serving as a Business Development Co-ordinator at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) since March 2023, Kriska focuses on securing funding for innovative research in areas such as climate change and sustainable markets. Previous roles include Games Services Support Personnel for Olympic Broadcasting Services during the Olympics, Writer/Researcher with Smarter Good, Inc. supporting nonprofits in Africa, and several positions related to grant writing and research for organizations such as the United Nations Volunteers and UNHCR.
