Lee Senter is an experienced industry professional with a diverse background in cleaning, restoration, and inspection. Currently serving as an Industry Instructor at The Greater World of Cleaning and Restoration since 1978, Lee emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and excellence among students in water and mold remediation. As the CEO of Fresh and Clean since June 1988, Lee has established the company as Canada's first Certified Green Sustainable Contractor, committed to extensive green practices. Additionally, Lee holds the role of Approved Instructor for the IICRC since February 2002, advocating for health and safety beyond just PPE usage. Lee also serves as a Carpet and Flooring Inspector for Toronto Carpet Inspector since February 2001, conducting independent inspections for various stakeholders. Previously, as CEO of Dryit.ca from December 2006 to 2022, Lee led the company in disaster restoration with a focus on efficiency and minimal disruption.
