Leslie Carrington is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the International Human Resources Development Corporation (IHRDC) since November 2013, Leslie has extensive expertise in learning and development for the Oil and Gas industry. Prior roles include International HR Business Partner at Raytheon, where strategic HR support was provided for international assignments, and HR Director at Lionbridge Technologies, overseeing HR initiatives for global G&A organizations. Earlier, Leslie held the position of HR Director for Global Operations at Polaroid, with experience in both manufacturing and finance sectors. Beginning a career in Polaroid’s commercial sales and marketing division, Leslie built a solid foundation in human resources through escalating responsibilities. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
