Jim Simonds has been working as a Manager Operator at IHOP since March 2013. Prior to that, jim served as an Area General Manager at Dixie Restaurants, Inc. for over three decades from April 1980 to August 2012. Jim obtained an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the State University of New York at Delhi between 1985 and 1987.
