Lisa Shuster, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Lisa began their career in 2000 as the Human Resources Manager for The Humane Society of the United States. In 2007, they moved to First Data Corporation as the Human Resources Manager, where they supported 600 employees across multiple business units throughout the Northeast Region. In 2008, they were appointed Human Resources Director at First Advantage Corporation, where they partnered with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that aligned to business needs and goals. In 2010, Lisa became the Director of Human Resources at D&R International, Ltd., where they devised and implemented recruitment, retention, and evaluation strategies for staff at all levels. From 2012 to 2016, Lisa served as Vice President of Human Resources & CAO at iHire, LLC, where they provided leadership, management, and vision to ensure the organization had proper administrative and reporting procedures, communications, people, and infrastructure in place. In 2016, Lisa joined PeopleWorks as President, where they used their expertise to help small business leaders manage the needs of their employees. In 2018, Lisa became Chief People Officer at iHire, where they led the People Operations function and launched and grew HR service delivery and consulting line of business. Additionally, Lisa serves as a Board Member at iHire.

Lisa Shuster holds a BA in Education from Towson University, an MS in Human Resources from University of Maryland Global Campus, and an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus. Lisa obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2015, their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2007, and their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2000.
