Champak Lad is a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer at IHI Energy Solutions since September 2015, specializing in electrical engineering and design for significant projects such as the Dominion Cove Point LNG Liquefaction Project and various hydrogen and ammonia projects. Prior to this role, Champak worked as a Lead Electrical Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler in early 2015, and served as Engineering Project Manager and Sr. Principal Lead Electrical Engineer at SBM Offshore from 2004 to 2014. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Electrical Engineer at J. Ray McDermott LLC and Sr. Electrical Engineer positions at GE Power & Water and ABB Lummus Crest, Inc. Champak holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel University, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
