Joe Duncan possesses extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors, currently working at IHI E&C International Corporation since November 2019 in Startup & Operations for the Elba Island Liquefaction Project. Prior roles include Instrument and Controls Maintenance at Exelon, Senior Principal Technical Specialist - Mechanical Commissioning at IHI E&C for the same project, and MEP Superintendent at Donohoe Construction Company. Joe's background also includes various commissioning and mechanical positions at Kiewit, with significant involvement in projects like the Dominion Cove Point LNG Expansion and the Homer City FGD Project. Earlier, Joe served as a Turbine Specialist at Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College, combined with training at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Training Center.
