Natasha Scott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations performance and strategy within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Performance and Strategy at IHG Hotels & Resorts since September 2014, Natasha has held multiple key roles, including Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Americas and Director of Growth Initiatives. Natasha's expertise in global category strategy and corporate development is further highlighted by previous positions, such as Director of Global Category Strategy for Luxury & Upscale and Manager of Global Strategy. Prior experience includes senior financial analyst roles at Siemens, where Natasha began as a finance intern, alongside an internship in marketing at Ticketmaster. Natasha holds an MBA from London Business School and a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia.
