Will Ross is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in various roles within logistics and distribution. Currently serving as Sr. Operations Manager at iHerb Inc. since December 2018, Will previously held the position of Outbound Operations Manager at Essendant from March 2015 to December 2018, overseeing key daytime departments in outbound operations. Prior to that, Will worked at ISA & STEF, LLC/Robert Rose from June 1990 to May 2014 as a Distribution Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing a jewelry warehouse's operations in a 100,000 square foot facility and leading a team of managers and union employees. Will holds an education from LaGuardia Community College.
