Jordan Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud prevention and risk management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Fraud Prevention at iHerb, LLC since December 2021, Jordan manages a comprehensive fraud and payments strategy across a global footprint of 185 countries. Additionally, Jordan is the host of the Fraud Boxer Podcast, sharing insights and best practices in the fraud and payments industry. As a founding member of The House of Fraud, Jordan contributes valuable content and expertise to the community. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Fraud Prevention at Ticketmaster, where Jordan was responsible for global fraud and chargeback strategies, and Risk Manager at Golden Hippo Media, leading a team focused on data analysis and manual reviews to combat fraud. Jordan's career began in customer service roles at companies such as Netflix and T-Mobile, and progressed through various risk and fraud positions at Fandango and First Data Corporation.
