Amanda Lowndes is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and support. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at iHasco since July 2003, Amanda oversees the Customer Service and Technical Support Teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Head of Support and Account Manager at iHasco, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and enhancing customer service. Amanda's career began in retail as a customer service assistant at Threshers from 1999 to 2001. Education was completed at Brakenhale Secondary School.
