Shelly Deel has a strong background in the healthcare industry. Shelly is currently working as the Associate Division Director of Family and Internal Medicine at IHA since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Manager at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland from January 2016 to October 2019. Before that, they served as the Practice Implementation Specialist at Huron Valley Physician Association from January 2015 to January 2016. Shelly began their career in 1994 as a Clinical Supervisor at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, where they managed multiple primary care locations and was responsible for hiring, discipline, payroll, and budget targets.
