Kathleen R Dennis is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in healthcare financial management. Currently serving as the Manager Finance Business Partner at IHA since 2021, Kathleen oversees financial operations for the Specialty Care, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health Divisions. Prior to this role, Kathleen held various positions at the University of Michigan Health System from 1995 to 2020, including Senior Administrative Manager, where responsibilities encompassed finance, human resources, faculty affairs, and graduate medical education with oversight of 18 full-time employees. Additionally, Kathleen served as Senior Financial Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, leading teams to achieve clinical financial objectives and managing financials for several surgical departments and offsite contracts. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University, an M.B.A. from Davenport University, a Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration from Ohio University, and has completed a Dale Carnegie Course in Public Speaking and Human Relations.
