Kelly Arnold holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Projects Platform Technology at IGT since April 2022, Kelly combines extensive experience in technology transformation and IT service management with roles such as Part-Time Faculty and Course Lead at Yorkville University. Previous positions include significant contributions at Medavie Blue Cross where Kelly led initiatives in enterprise service management and established a DevOps Engineering team. Additional academic involvement encompasses teaching strategic management and organizational communication at Crandall University, along with a longstanding career in service desk management and technical support across various organizations.
