Sonal Jaitley

Vice President Training & Transactional Quality at IGT Solutions

Sonal Jaitley has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Sonal began their career at Citicorp as a Call Taking Agent/Trainer, where they were responsible for handling customer calls and providing banking support. Sonal also took on mentoring and training responsibilities.

From there, Sonal joined Vodafone as a Team Leader in Operations at Hutch Delhi, where they gained experience in managing and leading teams.

Sonal then transitioned to various roles within Vodafone, including AM/DM/Manager/Senior Manager in Quality and Training, DGM of Back Office Operations, and ultimately Head of Customer Service in Rajasthan. In these positions, they oversaw large teams and focused on improving customer service, reducing complaints, and implementing innovative solutions. Sonal'sachievements include receiving awards for Best Back Office Operations and achieving high CSAT scores.

Following their time at Vodafone, Sonal worked at Vertex Customer Management India Private Ltd as the SVP, National Head of Quality and Training. Sonal managed a team of trainers and auditors, driving training and quality initiatives for multiple clients across India.

In 2016, Sonal joined Concentrix as a GM of T&TQ before moving to iSON BPO as the VP of Global Skill Development Strategic Head. Sonal'sresponsibilities included overseeing skill development programs and ensuring strategic goals were met.

Most recently, Sonal worked at IGT Solutions as the Vice President of Training & Transactional Quality, where they held a leadership role in training and quality assurance for the organization.

Overall, Sonal Jaitley has gained extensive experience in leadership, training, quality management, and customer service throughout their career in the telecommunications and BPO industries.

Sonal Jaitley completed their eighth grade at Dalhousie Sacred Heart Convent. Sonal then attended Faith Academy Delhi for their Senior Secondary education.
