Marinescu Teodor has a diverse work experience in various industries. Marinescu currently works as a Lead Associate Workforce Management at IGT Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Workforce Management Consultant at Stefanini EMEA, where they were responsible for workforce optimization, scheduling, forecasting, and staffing adjustments. Marinescu also created schedules, conducted analysis, and managed staff schedules for global teams. Teodor was also the Deputy Director at KitchenShop Romania from 2018 to 2019 and a Senior Sales Consultant in the same company for a brief period in 2018. At ALTEX Romania, they worked as a Department Sales Manager from 2016 to 2017 and a Sales Consultant from 2015 to 2016. Marinescu also has experience as an Account Manager/Stockbroker at Alpari (UK) Ltd in 2013, Security Supervisor at Staff Security SpA in 2011, and Insurance Representative at ING in 2008.

Marinescu Teodor obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Christian University "Dimitrie Cantemir" between 2011 and 2015. Before that, they completed their high school education with an emphasis in Intensive Informatics at Highschool "Ion Majorescu" Giurgiu from 2004 to 2008. Marinescu initially began their education at School "Mihai Eminescu" No. 4, Giurgiu, where they received a Graduation Certificate in Mathematics/Intensive Informatics from 1996 to 2004.
