Katie Hannigan is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Investor Group Services (IGS), where she works with private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and their portfolio companies to provide data-driven insights and analysis for investment opportunities in middle market companies and industries. Prior to her role at IGS, she held various recruiting positions at Overture Partners where she recruited IT professionals across different industries. Katie also had a job shadow experience at Tierney in the Communications and Advertising field, and interned at Honest Tea as a Road Warrior - Field Marketing Summer Intern. She graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor's Degree in Policy Studies and Art, with a concentration in Marketing and Management.
