Tim Cardinaals is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Programmamanager and Senior Technical Project Manager at IGS GeboJagema since February 2021, Tim oversees the customer journey throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clients can track their moulds from design to validation. Prior to this, Tim held various roles including Technical Project Manager at Avance Werving & Selectie, focusing on the mediation of professionals, and Sales & Talent Consultant at Yacht, where responsibilities encompassed talent development and performance management. Tim’s career began as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Tempo-Team, where expertise in relationship management and employment matters was honed. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in People & Business Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and has furthered education at Mikrocentrum.
