Janine De La Cruz currently serves as Coordenador de TI at Igreja Universal since May 2023. Previously, Janine held the position of Líder de operações at Exago Innovation from February 2022 to April 2023 and worked as Analista de Suporte Técnico Pleno at IT Universe from August 2021 to February 2022. Janine's earlier experience includes the role of Analista de Service Desk at CSTI Tecnologia da Informação LTDA from October 2018 to August 2021 and at All Net Group from October 2017 to October 2018. Janine's educational background includes an MBA in Quality Management in Information Technology from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and multiple MBAs in Process Management and IT Governance from Faculdade Acesita, as well as a Technology degree in IT Management from Universidade Paulista.
