Almir Souza is an experienced library professional currently serving as a Bibliotecário Gestor at Igreja Universal since March 2021, where responsibilities include the restructuring of the Centro de Documentação, implementation of document control systems, and management of electronic document workflows. Prior experience includes coordinating library personnel and processes at Universidade Paulista from September 2009 to June 2020, assisting with bibliographic research and academic guidance. Additional roles at EMESP involved the reorganization of a specialized music library. Almir Souza holds a Bachelor's degree in Biblioteconomia from Centro Universitário Assunção, multiple MBAs, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Innovation in Information Units at Universidade Federal de São Carlos.
