Shyamle Pasi has a diverse work experience in digital marketing, particularly in the field of search engine optimization (SEO). Shyamle started their career as an SEO Executive at Trisha Infotech in 2007 and then worked as an SEO Executive at Growth Solutions from 2007 to 2008. Shyamle subsequently joined TravTech Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. SEO Executive from 2008 to 2009. Shyamle then joined People Interactive as a Sr. Executive - Online Marketing (SEO) from 2009 to 2010, where they were responsible for search engine optimization for various brands under the People Group. Shyamle continued to expand their skills and expertise in SEO by joining Pulse Solutions as an Online Marketing - Sr. SEO Engineer from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, they became the SEO Team Lead - Digital Marketing at Craftsvilla, where they developed and executed successful SEO strategies. Shyamle then worked as an Online Marketing Manager at Digital eBrandz Network Pvt. Ltd. (pSocial.in) from January 2013 to June 2013, where they were involved in various aspects of online marketing such as SEO, paid campaigns, social media planning, and video marketing.

From 2013 to 2017, Shyamle worked at Quikr, an online marketplace, starting as an Assistant Manager - Online Marketing (SEO) and later transitioning to the role of Sr. Analyst - Online Marketing (SEO). Their responsibilities included conducting SEO audits, implementing optimization strategies, and improving organic traffic and online performance.

Since 2017, Shyamle has been working at IGP.com (Indian Gifts Portal), first as a Sr. Manager - Digital Marketing (SEO) and currently as the AVP - Marketing (SEO). Their current role involves overseeing marketing efforts and implementing SEO strategies for the company.

Throughout their career, Shyamle has gained extensive experience in SEO, including website audit, keyword analysis, paid campaigns, social media management, and content strategy planning. Shyamle has also demonstrated their expertise in improving organic traffic and online performance through their various roles.

Shyamle Pasi completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from V.B.S Purvanchal University from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Shyamle pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing Management from WeSchool (Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research) in Mumbai.
