Chris Deer is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Service Desk Specialist at iGov since March 2003, Chris excels in managing service desk requests and ensuring compliance with service level agreements across multiple locations. Previous roles at iGov include Systems Administrator, IT Supervisor, and Helpdesk Support & Hardware Warranty Technician, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing technician workloads to providing support for the eArmyU program. Prior to iGov, Chris gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager at Parts Warehouse Inc. Chris possesses extensive vendor certifications in computer repair and support, as well as degrees in Information Systems Technology and Networking from Northern Virginia Community College.
