Peter Bowman serves as Vice President of Operations at Innovative Gourmet, LLC since September 2024 and at igourmet.com since June 2019. Prior to these roles, Peter held various operational and strategic positions at Sears Holding Corporation from 2010 to 2019, including Director of Operations for the East Region, where oversight included 165 stores, and Director of Strategic Projects, leading initiatives to enhance revenue in top-performing stores. Earlier experience also includes serving as Regional Merchandise Director and a District Manager at Kmart, where Peter managed P&L for multiple units generating $175 million in revenue. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
