Ciara Donnelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and solution engineering within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Ignyto Salesforce Gold Partner since August 2019, Ciara excels in developing technical sales strategies and delivering business value to clients. Prior to this role, Ciara held various positions at Salesforce, from Solution Engineer to Manager of Solution Engineering, where expertise in overcoming technical objections and enhancing customer engagement was demonstrated. Previous experience includes roles at Oracle as a Presales Engineer, providing tailored solutions and product demonstrations, and as an Application Engineer at GE Oil & Gas. Ciara began the career in engineering research at NUI Galway and holds a BE(hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Galway.
