Susan Montgomery has worked in the marketing field since 2011. Susan began their career at The Coca-Cola Company as a Marketing Staff in 2011. In 2014, they moved to innocent drinks as a Brand Manager. In 2017, they joined Vodafone as a Marketing Manager, and they currently hold the same role at Igniv since 2021.

Susan Montgomery obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Bristol between 2008 and 2011.
