Kym Keady has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement, currently serving as the Director at Ignite Youth since April 2018. Kym has been a Senior Leadership Team member at Emmanuel Community since 2009 and founded Real Talk Australia, where Kym was active from May 1999 until November 2019. Kym also held the position of Senior Supervisor at NET Ministries Australia from 2009 to 2013. In terms of education, Kym earned a Master's degree in Leadership and Theology and a Graduate Diploma in Theology/Theological Studies from Broken Bay Institute, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Professional Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
