Cartie Beckett

Cartie Beckett has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and management roles.

Starting in 1987, they worked at Nestlé Purina North America as a Team Leader, managing a team and overseeing sales in the Pacific Northwest region.

In 1998, they moved to Archway Mothers Cookies, where they served as a Team Leader, focusing on strategic planning, training, and goal achievement.

From 2002 to 2006, Cartie worked at Pepsi as a National Account Sales Manager, collaborating with bottlers and overseeing sales strategy and implementation.

They then joined Pepsi Cola North America as a Senior National Account Sales Manager from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they collaborated with bottlers and developed sales programs for Kroger West Coast Divisions.

From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Peet's Coffee, first as a National Account Manager focusing on distribution expansion, and later as a Senior Sales Manager overseeing specific Albertsons divisions.

In 2018, Cartie joined Goldthread as a National Sales Manager, managing relationships with distributors, brokers, and overseeing account and SKU expansion.

Currently, they are the Regional Sales Director at IGNITE Sales Management, responsible for sales representation for multiple consumer product brands and acting as the lead for Albertsons Companies.

Throughout their career, Cartie has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration skills, and a track record of sales growth.

Cartie Beckett has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of Oregon. Prior to that, Cartie attended Palisades Charter High School where they studied English. In addition to their formal education, Cartie has obtained certifications in "How Leaders Drive Results and Resolve Conflict in a Hybrid Workplace" and "Inclusive Leadership" from LinkedIn in April 2023 and March 2023, respectively.
