Rhonda Fox has a long and varied work history. Rhonda began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Specialist III at the Arkansas Department of Human Services. In 2014, they began working as an Infant Teacher at Active Learners Centers, and then moved on to the State of Tennessee as an Administrative Assistant. From 2015-2017, they were a Senior Administrative Assistant at Meharry Medical College. In 2019, they began working at The Johns Hopkins University as an Executive Administrative Coordinator. In 2018, they began working as an Independent Wine Consultant at WineShop At Home. In 2022, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Ignite Recruitment and as a Planned Giving Advancement Coordinator at The Catholic University of America.

Rhonda Fox is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting and Finance from The Catholic University of America, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, including "Aligning Your Values with Work, Life, and Everything In Between" and "Flexible Working (Blinkist Summary)" in March 2022, and "Securing Your Home Office" in September 2021. Rhonda is also in possession of a MS Office Certification.
