Fizza Mansoor has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Fizza began their career as an HR Coordinator at Sears, where they were responsible for planning and conducting new employee orientation, maintaining and updating employee data, reviewing resumes, and conducting performance appraisals. In 2016, they moved to AFA Industrial Supplies, where they became a Recruiter. Her duties included maintaining up-to-date HR files, interviewing prospective candidates, and working closely with fellow HR team members in establishing training materials for new hires. In 2018, they joined Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator. Finally, in 2020, they joined Ignite Recruitment as a Recruiter.

Fizza Mansoor graduated from the University of Houston in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development.
